Tropical Art Rentals feature the Flip Flop Inn (one and two bedroom split bungalow) and two original Indian Rocks Beach Bungalows dating back to the early 1920's. Nestled in tropical gardens with private patio areas, both properties have a shared heated pool for guests only. Island living at its finest!

The Flip Flop Inn 1 and 2 Bedroom Spaces
Rooms
- The one bedroom sleeps two guests in a comfy king size bed. There is cozy seating in the living room, a spacious kitchen with full size oven and fridge and one bathroom. The two bedroom next door sleeps six guests featuring two bedrooms, each with queen size beds. The larger bedroom has a futon which functions as a full size bed. Lots of space in the living area and full size kitchen. d Each space has private patios with table and chairs and grill out front and a second private patio out the back door.
Amenities
All linens, bath soap and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need and coffee, creamers and condiments are here for you. Cable tv and wifi are included. Beach cart, umbrella,beach towels,chairs and cooler are provided. The heated pool is for guests only of the one and two bedroom spaces in this split bungalow, The laundry room is onsite for guests.
One bedroom starting at $175 a night. Two bedroom starting at $225 a night
Two night minimum till December 20. Security and cleaning fee will be charged.
